I ordered the lunch special... Enchiladas Chipotle and added a side of elote. The enchiladas was fantastic. I would say the elote was just ok. It was very basic with not much flavor for 4.99. Three atmosphere was nice. The young lady that helped me and the manager were both very kind, also. I would definitely return. The items they had for sale were really cute, too!

This establishment is so cool, amazing, friendly, and respectful...it has a lot of cultural decorations. We did have to wait for a table, maybe about 10 minutes. But it was worth it. The staters were very tasty. We had the chicken quesadilla and chili queso dip with chips. That queso dip Our server Carina was friendly and courteous, and was frequently making sure we were happy with our food and services provided. There was a gentleman who also made sure that we were receiving good service. Hubbies order was green chicken enchiladas with rice and beans. My food was Ceviche veracruz with prickly pear margarita. The service was exceptional. Carina was just great. The food was great. All I can say is make sure you come out with an empty tummy. Be prepared to indulge in great mexican food. All the metal and / or other skull decorations are so cool. You just have to experience it yourself . Outside sitting is available. There's a bar inside where you get all your alcohol drinks.

I heard that La Gloria Mexican Cuisine was a restaurant that followed the cooking methods of old Mexico that cook using traditional herbs and spices with food prepared over an open firewood stove. We were quickly seated by a very friendly professional waitress who brought a bowel of La Gloria Mexican Cuisine tortilla chips and a small bowl of their home made fire roasted tomatillos salsa that we quickly devour while we waited for a food. I met a beautiful couple as you can see in the pictures who were dressed to impress they were in their best 1940s Pachuco clothes which added to the ambience of La Gloria. We ordered three different plates so that we could share and taste each other's food which tasted good with a hint of open firewood spitfire. I spoke with General Manager Frank Mannechez who was busy helping retrieve the empty plates about the style and taste of La Gloria Mexican Cuisine because I found the flavors to be authentic Old Mexico style in taste. We will be returning next weekend to celebrate a birthday and will order the small plater that has a combination of all La Gloria meals.

My mom kept saying she wanted to try La Gloria. I finally remembered when we were in area and hungry. I like it better than the Pearl location, which is only appetizers and small plates. My mom & I loved this City Base La Gloria location. Our server, Isela, was fantastic, super sweet and the manager, Francisco, was really cool. He talked to us about each of the different La Gloria concepts and sister restaurants in town; Burger-Teca & Hernan. We will definitely be returning

First experience here was very positive. Sat outside so the little one could play at the playground. Premises were clean and relaxing. I was recommended the steak off the special menu and was definitely not disappointed. Service was great and the manager was very knowledgeable and proud of the company as a whole.
